Safa Urja was proud to support Ratna Priya Youth Club in holding the 2nd Ratna Priya Cup 2080, a football tournament played in Ratnanagar-9, Chitwan, from 11 to 20 December 2023 (2080 Mangsir 25 to Poush 4 BS). Our logo appeared on the tournament banner among the supporting organisations, and members of the Safa Urja team joined the opening and the matches.
Teams lined up for the national anthem, guests greeted the players, and big crowds from Ratnanagar and nearby areas came out to watch. A Man of the Match award was presented after the games.
Why we support local sport
A clean town and a healthy community go together. Supporting young people and local clubs is part of how we give back to the communities we serve, and events like this are a good chance to talk with people about keeping our grounds and neighbourhoods clean.
Thank you to Ratna Priya Youth Club, the players, referees, volunteers and everyone who came to cheer.
